Hi, Thank you so much for visiting Violette Charms! My name is Maddy, and I am the proud owner and creator behind Violette Charms. I started this business officially in 2018 and am so grateful to still have the opportunity to create 7 years later. You may notice some major changes in my branding and product style this year and i'm so excited to start showing off some new ideas. Thank you all for being my biggest supporters. Elements to note
Every product at Violette Charms is handmade, so slight variations may occur. These small differences are what make each item unique, but we always aim to create products that closely resemble the photos shown on our site. Slight variations from product photos are not considered faults in the product.
Colours also may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in computer monitors and digital displays. While we do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products, the display settings on your device can cause minor differences in how the shades appear in person. Colour differences from digital product photos are not considered faults in the product.
Brass elements are sometimes featured in our earrings and they may tarnish with exposure to air, but this can easily be polished to restore their shine. These natural characteristics are not considered faults in the product.
Shipping
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Express Shipping (1 to 4 business days) is available for all orders at a flat rate of $15.00.
- Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days) is free for orders over $150.00. For orders under $150.00, the flat rate is $10.00.
- Local Pickup is available for customers located in Gunnedah, NSW only. If this is your selected shipping option, you will be contacted by email when your order is ready, with information on how and when you can pick up your order.
Please note, the listed times above DO NOT include processing time for your order.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We'll happily send a replacement once we receive photographic proof of the damage. Please note, any shipping-related disputes must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If you opt for tracked shipping and your parcel is lost or delayed by Australia Post, we’ll open a dispute on your behalf and refund you in full. However, we cannot be held responsible for losses due to incorrect address information. Be sure to check your details before placing an order, and if you need to change your address, just let us know before we ship your items. If your items have already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to alter your shipping address.
Returns
If you’ve received a faulty item, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement – just email us with clear photo evidence of the issue. Please be aware that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items due to a change of mind. We reserve the right to accept or deny any refund requests.
